Ayodhaya Ram Mandir Judgement

Ayodhaya for Hindus has the same importance as Mekka Madina for Muslims. But it was Babar who did not respect religion sentiments and burried all beneath the said demolished Mosque which was made against the doctrine of Islam. So he had no respect for any religion becose he was a mere self centered politician who wants to play their dirty game of politics at the cost of simple public. After the judgement on 30 September,2010 of Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court on the basis of sound evidence provided by ASI, it is proved that aforesaid Mosque was against the Islam as it was made after burrying the temple beneath.
Now, some people say that the 1992 demolishion of Mosque is not justified by this judgement. But can anyone among them suggest how can this truth be brought to light without demolition. Were Muslims become ready for excavation at that site with the structure on the same. No. So Hindus fought for the truth and struggled for their religious right. Demolition was justified to a great extent barring communal fight and it was not a Mosque as it was against the tenats of Islam.
Now after the judgement some muslims expressed that one third land was given to them as charity. This could hurt the feeling of Hindus also if Temple was not present there beneath the structure and judgement could go totally against the Hindus.
We should now welcome the judgement with open heart and forget the past for a peaceful future.

Experience@unionbankofindia

It has been quiet some good time working with the Union Bank of India that I can share my experience. It is at the corporate forefront to project themselves as the best and ideal place to work with but its only at the mouthpiece of media. Reality come out different when you test the water.
Union Bank of India has its long term aggressive growth plan but no where it has that kind of suffocative environment that will drag out the peace of mind. The bank delivers all its promises with employees. I think this kind of work culture prevails in all major government PSUs but very few of them get place in 'the best place to work' research survey of print media. Reason for the same is that these PSUs are not so aggressive to highlight themselves as those private corporates.
Overall I can say that I am working with one of 'the best place to work' organisation. With proud Union Bank Of India.

IPL - Politics and Cricket

In India cricket has become victim of politics many times and the latest one is IPL. IPL can be read as Indian Premier League or Indian Political League. Politicians at the power in centre government are showing reluctance to provide security because LOK Sabha poll. Its not fair that in the guise of poll they are now satisfying their ill will. We need to be fair and let us do something good for the game.

OSCAR- Slumdog Millionaire

Slumdog Millionaire won eight OSCAR. Congratulation to all involved with the creation of the movie. A R Rahman's music is at the great height. His earlier scores are also much better and at par with the contemporary best. But his recognition to the OSCAR is late but a great welcome. Rahman is ultimate. But Slumdog Millionaire is the best so far from Bollywood? There are many movies from Bollywood that are better than this but they did not get any recognition from OSCAR. Slumdog is not the best so far. Its recognition to the OSCAR, Golden Globe, BAFTA etc comes because of Danny Boyle and his english team. Though its a reconition of Bollywood. Now India provides great stories and base for OSCAR nominated films like Smile Pinki, The Final Inch and Slumdog Millionaire. World artist will turn to Bollywood to get the best from the great resource of talent here.
Its era of India. We welcome it and feel great to be the son of the soil.

Changing Politics

Politics is drawing new contours to the problems to our country. Elections are coming near day by day and we will see more muddy scenes. Divisive politics is used by Raj Thakery and promoted by Congress party just to peep in Shivsena's fort. But what will be the use of it as people are aware of and understanding this dirty game and there will be no remarkable benefit to either. Hatred is taking place in minds of people for these rogue politicians. Amar Singh is demanding for judicial probe in matter of Batla House gunshoot. Mayawati is pulling back industrial growth of Uttar Pradesh. Industrial units are shut down and new investment in the state for industrialisation is no where in scene. Placing spanner for rail coach factory but get back wisdom.
Let's see days coming..........

Bailout Economy

Whatever is happening in the US banking and financial sector, Fed was aware of that at least a year ago but they did not take any stern and regulatory action in one go but decided to go through a phased out manner so that there any severity any causing economic collapse could be averted. So Fennie Mae, Freddi Mac, Bear Sterns, Lehmen Brothers, Merrill lynch, AIG and now Morgan Stanely come open as bad affected. Citi Bank already went through the heat. Now many more are in the line as books of most of the US banks are having on an average 65 percentage of subprime loans. Property valuation going down affected them badly even upto collapse.
European banks will not also not be left out of turmoil. Already Deutsche Bank and Helifax Bank of Scotland have given the hint for what will happen in future with European Banks.
Capitalism moving towards socialism or temed as capitalisation of profit and socialisation of losses as termed now. A mix of both is good one for a balanced economic and financial growth.
So, India must continue with mix one...
